These Terms govern your use of the Mossad Open-Source Encyclopedia website and your purchase of its digital edition from Future 2000 Technologies Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Lawful use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use its content to violate another person’s rights.
2. Independent publication
The encyclopedia is an independent reference work based on publicly available material. It is not official, classified, authorized, endorsed, or produced by the Mossad, the State of Israel, or any government agency. Names and events are discussed for historical, educational, journalistic, and reference purposes.
3. Digital-edition license
A completed purchase gives the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read one copy of the digital edition on the buyer’s own devices. The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership.
You may not redistribute, upload, publicly post, resell, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, remove ownership notices from, or create an unauthorized derivative edition of the e-book.
4. Prices, orders, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is completed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. PayPal processes payments. We may decline, cancel, or refund an order affected by fraud, technical failure, duplicate processing, pricing error, or legal restriction.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the purchaser receives an order confirmation and the delivery method stated during checkout or in the confirmation message. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining compatible PDF-reading software. Contact support if the file or delivery instructions do not arrive or cannot be opened.
6. Refunds
Because a digital product cannot be returned after access or download, completed digital-edition sales are generally final. We will review verified duplicate charges, non-delivery, corrupted files, or other cases where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact us with the PayPal transaction ID and the email used for the order.
7. Accuracy and editorial limits
The encyclopedia distinguishes documented information from reported, attributed, disputed, or unknown claims. Even carefully researched public records can contain errors, omissions, later corrections, or competing interpretations. Content is provided for general historical and educational use, not as legal, security, investment, or professional advice.
8. Intellectual property
The site’s original text, design, logo, software, and compilation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some historical names, quotations, images, marks, and source materials belong to their respective owners and are used under applicable licenses or legal doctrines. No third-party endorsement is implied.
9. Website availability
The website and digital content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every device, browser, or reader application will work without error.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the website or digital edition. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the digital product giving rise to that claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when the service, product, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the date shown above. Material changes do not alter rights already fixed by a completed order unless required by law.
